So Bob buys an entire island of 640,000 acres, and then has the funds to build roads and infrastructure that brings in the best companies. Elon Musk, with all the wealth he has accumulated from government subsidies and fiat debt, couldn’t afford to accomplish such a task.

What you’re essentially asking is, what if a large group of people sell themselves into slavery and choose a king whose descendants will reign forever?

This would mean the people chose to abandon anarchy for feudalism, not that anarchy will inevitably lead to feudalism.

Nobody can sign a lease for 200 years because nobody can live for 200 years. The contract is valid so long as the person lives, and their children are not subject to the contract. When Bob dies, a new contract must be written- unless the contract included to submit to all Bob’s descendant’s as well. Again, not anarchy and only the original signers are bound.

If Peter becomes tyrannical, the people will leave. If they leave, Peter will no longer be able to fund his island, and will have to abandon it. Abandoned property belongs to nobody.

If Peter doesn’t allow them to leave, then he is aggressive and will probably be killed. Now the island belongs to nobody.

If the people choose to stay in slavery and allow Peter to throw the child into the ocean, then they are not living in anarchy. They chose a monarchy. Even this condition is better than the governments that form armies to slaughter and cage millions of people. If Peter chooses to form an army like this, he is an aggressor and the people have the right to remove him.
