Nostr is still young 🤓 but the cool thing about nostr is that it's not an app, it's a protocol (set of rules like email and the internet). You can build your own nostr apps and relays (relays are basically where your data is stored). You can still communicate with your friends on primial well using youe own nostr website app.
Personally if I were you, I would create a porn site/only fans clone built on nostr. Use the hash tag "nostrdevs" or just nostr. You can find someone to build it for you. Hardest part would just be moderating content.
