The forces of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) say Azerbaijani attacks are only artillery and drone attacks, and are even seeing a lull in those attacks.
Ground troops would be far more serious. Currently this could just be about knocking out, for example, anti-aircraft defences and sowing terror.
