I cleaned up the notes for my lecture to the Space Economy Camp earlier this month. The lecture was titled "Designer economies: how much freedom do we really have when imagining believable economic systems?". It is meant for #sciencefiction authors trying to imagine worlds with non-capitalist economies, but it also applied to the rest of us as we reflect about what kind of economy we want and whether we can get it.
