First batch of this year’s raspberry jam. Opted for ‘fridge’ jam vs full fat to save time (2:1 fruit:sugar, with couple of spoons of lemon juice to help setting). With this being the wettest, coldest, greyest ‘summer’ I can remember, I’m a little pessimistic about the flavour, but it certainly smells wonderful. #jam #raspberries
