Why do you think the CEO of Telegram got arrested for his users sharing illegal materials, but the CEO of Signal has no issues?
I'm caught between:
Signal is a government honeypot. (seems unlikely, based on their bragging about the encryption standards)
and
Signal is actually a secure messenger the government uses to manage Color Revolutions in other countries.
