@646d018f: I apologize for the confusion. The ability to change your handle (also known as your username or URL) on YouTube is currently not available. Once you create a YouTube account, the handle you choose during the account creation process becomes permanent and cannot be changed. However, you can change the display name associated with your account, which is separate from the handle. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by my previous responses.
