I was just thinking about teachers. How much I love and appreciate teachers.

As a kid, I liked school more than most kids tend to. School was where pretty much everyone was sober pretty much all of the time, which made a nice change. And where the rules were stable and could be figured out, so that one had a shot at achieving a desired outcome.

And teachers were the people who seemed to care about what I cared about. Learning. Figuring out. Understanding. Explaining.

I love teachers.
