Hello Nostr , don’t hate me for this , if you’re based or currently in the US , and you usually consume milk products eggs , poultry . I’d say lay it off for a bit , a lot of standards are not being followed currently , and we’re on the brink of a disaster , it’s NOT worth taking the risk for you and loved ones .
