Got my yearly Morten Hilmer's excellent wildlife calendar but also got his new desk calendar for a friend as a gift. It came with a little holder made of pine. I wanted to fancy it up since it's a gift for my woodworking friend and mentor. Pretty happy with an afternoon in the shop since it wasn't freezing.
Plan to finish it with Renaissance micro-crystalline wax polish.
