While I expect Harris to win the popular vote (albeit perhaps by less of a margin than Clinton), the electoral vote is a toss-up. If we're lucky and she wins, it'll be by a slim margin. And then the attempts to overturn that result will kick into high gear.

I expect several local election boards and some state governors to refuse to certify the vote. Challenges will go to courts stacked by Trump loyalists. Democrats need to be ready, but I fear we'll see a lot of "Who could've foreseen _this_?"
