P.S. You aren't gonna convince local governments, politicians, or big brands to seriously use this place and spin up their own instances. And love it or hate it, people WANT to interact with big brands and be a part of pop culture discussions. So unless fedi decides they want that too, this place is never replacing mainstream social media. Not till the entire world shifts culturally in a huge way.
