Think it’s a good point you raise, but on the substance of the question, MSTR has the most pristine collateral. He doesn’t need to sell because what would he sell for? The question then is how is he gonna play it back? He’s going to pay it back with shares of the most pristine collateral.
But how’s he going to pay back the *dollars*? He doesn’t need to since his shares and the underlying collateral are going to the moon against it and are better money than the thing he’s borrowing.
IOW, the lenders don’t want dollars, they want what Saylor has.
