Brisket is a tough meat; but thankfully, low and slow is the way to go. As long as you're patient, it'll likely come out very good.
RE: wrapping it...remember that once you wrap it, it won't take on any more smoke....so you could likely finish it out in a standard oven, which will give you more precision on temp.
