Got a ticket open at work currently. Spent a while trying to figure out the issue and it took my boss to point out the "issue" is intended after some changes that I made last month but I'd completely forgotten.
My memory/cognitive ability has never been great but lately I am finding it increasingly difficult to concentrate...particularly at work.
