People who live in Florida who get hit by hurricanes is like when parents bring bratty little kids into restaurants and SURPRISE SURPRISE they cry, scream, yell and throw temper tantrums: making for a shitty & stressful experience for all the *other* unrelated patrons around them.
Its a consequence we can all see.coming and yet we continue to allow it and continue to act like there is some unavoidable/inescapable gravity to it.
