I am shifting the way I health coach.

I think I will start every intake session with the following questions:

Who are YOU? What is YOUR story?
What does YOUR soul desire in this life?
What beliefs and thoughts are limiting you?
What makes YOU happy?

I truly think every health issue stems from not living your own unique purpose. I truly think every health issue stems from boxing yourself in or following what everyone else is doing rather than being who you came here to be.

May we all stop suppressing our souls so that health is easy and abundant.
