I am so confused, my DNS is working in a way it shouldn't. I can reach my homelab, which is on another subnet, only via its DNS hostname, and not with its IP address.
My laptop and my homelab are right now on totally different subnets. From my laptop I can only reach my homelab, and not other machines on the same subnet as the homelab.
I am suspecting this is something to do with Tailscale? I have TS configured to use DNS from my PiHole server which is also on the TS subnet.
Why DNS, why?
