I’ve got a lot of experience dealing with the App Store rules if you need some help. In this instance, not sure why they rejected it (there should be a reason included)
By far the simplest way to get around an App Store rejection that is unclear is to resubmit a new binary with almost no changes and just try a new roll of the dice. Sounds dumb. Works often.
