If Whatsapp is end to end encrypted, how can it tell what language my messages are in and thereby offer to translate them?
And how could it possibly translate them while leaving them encrypted?
It's obvious that Meta's idea of end to end encryption is not what most of us would call end-to-end encryption. For me, that term means that the company carrying the signal has no access to the content. Meta clearly has access to the content.
