In a shock to probably no one.
My parents generation had a good diet and were very active by default. My generation started well but went off the rails a bit. Younger generations have access to an increasingly poor diet and lower activity levels.
I still suspect it will be my generation that have the worst outcomes as younger generations learn the lessons.
