I find the language around "upload" to be confusing (https://opendataeditor.okfn.org/documentation/uploading-data/). It makes it sounds like it is sending the data somewhere remote but (looking through this separate PDF https://opendataeditor.okfn.org/ode-concept-note.pdf) I think it is just adding it to a library within the app (until you decide to "publish"). Perhaps "Add", "Load" or something similar would be less concerning?
