Bulgarians have no ambition and never have had ambition, except for a brief period during socialism with a lot of progress, all of which has been buried. it's why Czechia has Foma and Bulgaria only had Fohar, limited to B&W paper, and I'm pretty sure Foma was around as a business way before Czechia went socialist
