Not my favorite health guy, but I remember that the bulletproof coffee guy had a recipe for ice cream that he said was good for fertility. Called it "Get some" ice cream. Very very high fat.
I think for women in particular, high fat is pretty important in fertility.
Lamb especially is very high in fat 😋
