Media should stop calling it Return to Office as it is really Return to Building as public servants are not returning to offices they used before COVID but to buildings where they spend an hour or more looking for a desk and if there is not one are sent home to spend whatever time is left in the day working from home. Massive productivity losses here set against the productivity gains from working from home, but they might get to spend money downtown so the waste is worth it apparently. #RTO
