In the exact same week my rent for a tiny one bedroom place went up from $360 to $420 per fortnight rainwater started pouring down onto my bed from the smokedetector hole in the ceiling now whenever it rains, and now no hot water at all since 10am yesterday and still none today, just wonderful, third-world living at its *best* and Whittles Strata say they might send someone out mid next week to take a look...
