careful not to give kitter any fish with added salt or oils like what is commonly canned.

tuna is okay once or twice a month but it's a good example of fish that isn't very good for kitties because heavy metals build up in their systems; they don't have an effective means of expelling excess heavy metals so there are better fishes to feed kitter.
