My mexican mint marigold is in full bloom. It can be used as a substitute for french tarragon, and has a flavor similar to licorice or anise. I can smell the fragrant leaves when i brush up against it. I have added it to homemade sourdough, also to salads, and of course teas. Highly recommend as a great herb to have in a garden. #gardening #grownostr #permies
