Hmm... so a split that is basically a lookup to some page that has some splits.
So in the value block, instead of the method being 'lightning', it could be 'lookup' and the address is the url to a .well-known, and the app then gets the splits from the .well-known and takes the split from the valueblock and divides that amongst the the .well-known splits.
