Did you try to zap 42? If that was you then no that did not come through. So it seems you might be right there may be some thing weird going on.
Are you using desktop client or mobile?
You could always try a different client to see if you get a better result and it’s a good way to test whether it’s a Wallet issue or a nostr client issue
