Do all possible mistakes except one: Do NOT share your private key publicly! It starts with "nsec" in most cases and should remain private ON YOUR OWN MACHINE.
p.s. you might share it somewhere eventually.. do not panic. forget about it and create a new keypair if that happens. No way to "fix" that.
