alright the framework for hai mmrf is (almost) done.
missing:
- actual checks and actions
- proper frontend and api to edit the list
- modlog (i want mmrf edit actions to be mod logged, so one can easily check what happened. gotta read up what i need to achieve it)
- porting the disarm mentions "example" to my system
- create an im/export system (for easier sharing of rules, shouldn't be too hard me thinks)
- testing it
