I hope that the next dominant species on Earth will do better. A LOT better. Hopefully, Earth recovers after we're gone, instead of turning to dust like Mars.
Ever wonder if that IS what happened to Mars? An advanced form of life destroying their own planet? It would make our plans to colonize Mars highly ironic.
