This morning the hospital called to say they wanted to change the antibiotics my husband is taking. Sadly they wanted to change him to what he is already taking. Somebody was confused, and it wasn't me.
My daughter is still living without gas powered hot water, stove, or heat, because of a gas leak, at her house.
My sister is experiencing paralyzing election anxiety and need reassurance.
My husband is getting better very slowly and has zero stamina. Together, we got him showered today. We laughed at ourselves that we are still taking showers together after all these years.
I can tell it's time to focus on me for a minute. I feel the weight of what I can't fix.
I took my minute watching the sunset with Summer. She told me everything will be ok and I believe her.
Now for a good night's sleep before we start over tomorrow.
