Those 'dramas' are real. Haven't worked for one that comes with physical abuse but there was this one service company I worked for where the CTO of the client (an Indian based in the UK) would blurt out expletives to the developers during meetings - BC, BKL, and F.
Then there was also this video of a call (meeting) that Byjus had removed from almost popular SM sites, LI, FB, IG, and reddit.
