Look, I'm not a specialist, but the amount of concrete required to put an elevator shaft in, one that can withstand daily use and bombings, one that clearly has rebar, and has all the accoutrement of a an elevator shaft IS NOT A THING YOU CAN DO IN SECRET. Like that needs a pump, you can't build that much concrete without a concrete truck and pump. FFS I'll buy there are lots of tunnels, but that's a formed, large pour elevator shaft. Fuck you.
