I stopped counting the number of times I reported all kinds of crime groups with hundreds or thousands of members openly selling stolen payment data, people's identity information, etc. And the inevitable response from FB's moderators was they didn't see anything wrong with the groups, and that they somehow didn't violate the company's "community standards," which obviously are extremely low.
