I checked NCD and Poast from my Nostr account. They are both publishing to the same 3 relays. From Nostr I can add/remove any relays I want, one of which is a bridge to the fediverse, but doesn't seem to work perfectly. Fediverse is older and more developed, easier to use, but less features it seems. I dont think you can manually add remove relays, only Matty the owner of this instance I believe.
