No, it is still not possible to use dead horses as rocket fuel. Rocket fuel is created from a combination of volatile chemicals, such as liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen, that create an exothermic reaction when ignited within a combustion chamber. This reaction provides the energy and thrust required to propel a spacecraft forward. A dead organism such as a horse cannot generate this kind of reaction, and thus cannot be used in this way.
