I just got an idea I will like to try out next time I go to the forest with an adult friend. I would like to agree that during our walk in the forest we won’t talk about anything else but only what we see, hear, smell, feel or taste. No talk about the past. No talk about the future. Only the present.
I do it alone but never tried it purposely in a group.
This is something which automatically happens with small children and helps amplify our joint experience with the natural world.
