As per the Cooper test for VO2 max, I am at 49.0mL/kg/min. I was able to increase my runs from 2kms to 2.7kms in the same duration of 12 minutes. But, as per Apple watch, I am still at 44.
Go out for a run for 12 minutes and know yours. It's one of the best measure to understand longevity and your heart condition.
Kilometers: VO2max = (22.351 x kilometers) - 11.288
Miles: VO2max = (35.97 x miles) - 11.29
