I have not heard of Dr. Whitman and I'm unfamiliar with the FYGG brand
Checking out their site, I'm hearing for the first time that 1-3% n-Hap is optimal. I haven't seen strong evidence supporting or refuting that claim. Last time I checked, there was no literature on that topic
I'm gonna have to do some scouring to verify that - it'd definitely help with cost-effectiveness of n-Hap if true
