Have officially lost 20 lbs in the past 10 weeks. I bought a shirt a year ago that never fit me, and finally wore it this week. 😁
What I did:
Diet: way more protein - still vegan diet, but switched from high carbs to high protein. Using OWYN shakes and Ambrosia Planta protein powder, Bob's red mill Textured Vegetable protein, Daring mock chicken, Barilla plant protein pasta, I even found a higher protein vegan cereal. Average of 120g per day, which is about double what I was eating.
