Definitely! I'm using a loki kit to run a single S19 J pro hashboard as a space heater. The loki kit allows you to run S19 hashboards with a S9 PSU.
Or you could use something like braiinsOS to set a power target for a much lower wattage. I would recommend getting some quieter fans though like Gale or Noctua. Make sure they are 120mm OR you have 140mm adapters for those fans.
