I am an absolute, out of my mind ball of anxiety and fear right now. My head keeps jumping between that fear and absolutely any topic that has nothing to do with that fear. Back and fourth.
It's maddening. My insides feel like they do when I'm sobbing, even though I am not crying right now. I try to find something to distract or entertain myself, but I can't focus long enough to enjoy anything. I'm a mess.
