Something I don't think the general public understands is how much regulations and federal enforcement have been staving off pollution and adulteration of food, drink, water, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. They seem to think corps won't poison people and can regulate themselves.
The walls have been coming down for a while.
But too many USians believe corporate propaganda about how regulation "kills jobs" to "protect the lesser spotted greebengrayben".
