That's great, and appreciated, except for the timing. With everyone turning against Automattic over Mullenweg's absurd behavior of late, they're trying to whitewash their reputation.
I don't think the foundation should turn down the money, to be clear. I just think the rest of us shouldn't give them as much karma points as they would otherwise get.
