I bought #rhubarb today for this year's batch of rhubarb-apple wine, and I've got about 500g chopped rhubarb left over. What do?

Roomie's not that big on rhubarb, so a pie is probably out because she won't eat it. So I guess I could make a half-batch of wine, or else maybe freezer jam or some sort of baked good.

Anyone have any good suggestions, and maybe recipes to go with?
