Zealist (npub1ftq…90v8) yeah when they're first born I put em in a metal tub with a heating lamp with wood shavings at the bottom, but once they get big enough they go outside into a pen that gets moved every couple days (or every day towards the end). The pen sits right next to the permanent chicken coop so as to acclimate the older chickens to the younger ones so that when they're put together there isn't any violence.
