This always happens to replies that aren't directly to you on nostrudel, even when someone replies to you and then to themselves again you only get the first one. Not sure if there's a setting somewhere that allows it. Sometimes when I check my notifs I will see it briefly and then it disappears which is when I know to check threads. It would be nice to enable them all (though I guess part of this may be anti spam measures.
